Erin’s Marathon Training Plan
I am running the Goodlife Toronto Marathon on May 6, 2012 — my first marathon EVER! Uh oh. Here’s the training plan.
This plan is an adaptation of the Hal Higdon Novice II Marathon plan, the Around the Bay 30k training plan and the desire to do include more yoga in my routine. Variety, people! It keeps things fresh. Or at least, less monotonous.
